Method summary
for objects of class prevR:
shows a summary of the variables of the object.
Usage
# S4 method for class 'prevR'
summary(object, probs = c(0, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 0.8, 0.9, 0.95, 0.99, 1))
Arguments
- object
object of class prevR.
- probs
vector of probabilities with values in
[0,1]
for computing quantiles of the rings radii (see examples).
